Cold Callers/Appointment Setters
- Research on different platforms for acquiring clients;
- Preparing a list of and contact information of possible clients;
- Calling and emailing clients for updates;
- Communicating proficiently and politely in English;
- Promote content using social media.
- Work-from-home setup;
- 25mbps minimum Internet connection;
- Laptop/Desktop personal computer;
- Minimum 6 months of Outbound Customer Service/ Cold Caller/ Appointment Setting experience;
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word;
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills;
- Studies in Marketing, Mass-Communication, or any other related field.
