Mihaela Carp
She has working experience in banking and financial-industrial services. She is confident and can work with people. Her work experience has developed her to be flexible with time management, with people management, and with work ethics. She has the skills, knowledge, and experience to run the company smoothly, and she has been doing this since 2012.
Let's talk about the history of our company.
With an experience in the Cleaning Industry since 2012, we have implemented our goals and innovated our plans to provide our clients with quality services.
• 2012 - 2014.
We started the business with the name “Mums2Clean” because our founder was inspired by moms who are not just taking care of their children but also work as professional cleaners in the company. They started as part-time cleaners, who were are not trained domestically but for commercial cleaning and other services.
• 2013.
The company started the End of Tenancy and Commercial Cleaning Services.
• 2014.
The company added up a Prochem Carpet Machine to our professional equipment. This equipment is powerful and CE certified.
• 2015.
The company’s name changed to “ALV Services LTD”. Our founder named it after her two children, AL and V. They are her inspiration, and they are the reasons for her hard-work and consistency. They also added up new services; gardening and painting.
• 2016.
We expanded the areas we cover from SE London, SW London, Central London, West London, and Surrey Area.
2017 to 2018
We purchased a company van for faster delivery of the equipment and the transportation of the cleaners. It was a good investment for the company, especially in those far away areas that scheduled for cleaning. You can see the name, the logo, contact number, and other information on the van at the beginning of 2018 so that at every location we go, people can see the business. That was a smart strategy for us. Indirectly, it was a free advertisement.
• 2018.
We started to serve/provide our clients/services to HMO’s.
• 2019
By adding up new services, and we also did add up employee skills. As time goes by, technology changes, and sometimes we need not rely too much on traditional cleaning but also the new way of cleaning. We provide training to all of our cleaners and give certificates, as professionals do.
• March 2019
Cleaning Masterclass Office and Janitorial Services.
• December 2019
Coshh e-learning course.
• March 2020.
Infection Control and Bio-Hazzard Fogging.
• April 2020.
Colour Coding and Infection Control Elearning Course.
