Job Description
- You are responsible for the hiring of internal and external applicants;
- Sourcing applicants using social media and other databases;
- You are responsible for filtering through candidates and conducting interviews;
- Responsible for on-boarding of new hires to be fully integrated;
- Act as representative of ALV Services and promote our core values.
Requirements
- Work-from-home setup;
- 25mbps minimum Internet connection;
- Laptop/Desktop personal computer;
- Minimum 6 months of recruiting experience;
- Experience in posting on job sites like Indeed, Totaljobs, Reed, etc.;
- Proficient in all MS Office packages, and Adobe;
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficient in delivering different types of the selection process for candidates (phone interview, social media interview, video Interview);
- BS/MS in Human Resource Management.
