Job Description
  • You are responsible for the hiring of internal and external applicants;
  • Sourcing applicants using social media and other databases;
  • You are responsible for filtering through candidates and conducting interviews;
  • Responsible for on-boarding of new hires to be fully integrated;
  • Act as representative of ALV Services and promote our core values.
  • Work-from-home setup;
  • 25mbps minimum Internet connection;
  • Laptop/Desktop personal computer;
  • Minimum 6 months of recruiting experience;
  • Experience in posting on job sites like Indeed, Totaljobs, Reed, etc.;
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages, and Adobe;
  • Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficient in delivering different types of the selection process for candidates (phone interview, social media interview, video Interview);
  • BS/MS in Human Resource Management.
