– You are responsible for the hiring of internals and external applicants.
– Sourcing applicants using social media and other databases
– You are responsible for conducting interviews, filtering candidates.
– Responsible for Onboarding of new hires to be fully integrated.
– Promotes the company’s reputation, that this is the “Best Company to work”

 

Requirements:

– Work from Home Setup
– 25mbps Internet connection
– Laptop/Desktop
– Atleast 6 months of Recruiting experience
– Experience in Job posting sites
– Proficient in MS OFFICE, adobe
– Excellent in Interpersonal and communication skills
– Proficient in different types of selection process (phone interview, social media interview, Video Interview)
– BS/MS in Human Resource Management
